A woman named Charlema Webb shared a story about her husband asking her what she wanted as a one month wedding anniversary gift, which is adorable. She told him, but he didn't quite understand...
She writes:
So my wonderful new husband Vincent Webb asked what I wanted for our 1 month wedding anniversary. I told him I wanted a highlighter and a brush to go with it. I said I preferred Fenty but was open to anything that popped.
Vince says "Stink after going to a few drug stores I couldn't find no Fenty but I got you sharpie because they are the best highlighters and they been around for a cool minute". 📷😂📷😂📷😂📷😂!!!!!! So, if like Webb's husband you don't know what either Fenty or highlighter is: it's not a marker brand. Fenty is Rihanna's make up line, and highlighter is a makeup that generally goes over foundation and looks all glowy and shiny and pretty. And Fenty makes a good one.
Webb had a good laugh over the misunderstanding, as did everyone else. Her post was so popular, Fenty Beauty even saw it and shared it on Twitter:
